Crown Bridges & Dentures
Metal Free Ceramic Crowns
With old technology, dental crowns always needed to be made with a metal foundation. Today, we can make them out of pure porcelain, ceramic or aesthetic reinforced resins.

It is needed when a tooth is badly broken down - there do exist large fillings or a large area of tooth decay, because a filling isn't strong enough. And in the front of the mouth, you will want a porcelain crown that looks exactly like a tooth. If done by our expert cosmetic dentist, in Srinivasa Dental Clinic, it will be very difficult for people to tell that it isn't real.

Metal Crowns And Bridges
These could include gold alloy and other base metal alloys. Metal dental crowns are by far the toughest. They can withstand daily wear and tear and they rarely break or chip. The only real drawback is that they look like metal and not a naturally white tooth.

Ceramic Crowns And Bridges
Ceramic Crowns & Bridges combines excellent and profound strength with beautiful esthetics. The material consists of 99.5 percent pure aluminum oxide and is biocompatible, thereby ensuring excellent long-term esthetics.

Ceramic Crowns & Bridges are translucent giving the tooth a natural appearance. At the same time Ceramic Crowns & Bridges are excellent for concealing underlying surfaces, such as amalgam and root fillings. This ceramic is also customized but still industrially produced, ensuring predictable results. You should try quickly in your mouth with minimal adjustments.

Complete & Partial Dentures
An important step in maintaining a healthy smile is to replace missing teeth. When teeth are missing, the remaining ones can change position, drifting into the surrounding space. Teeth that are out of position can damage tissues in the mouth. In addition, it may be difficult to clean thoroughly between crooked teeth. As a result, you run the risk of tooth decay and periodontal (gum) disease, which can lead to the loss of additional teeth.

A removable partial denture, also called a removable bridge, fills in the space created by missing teeth and fills out your smile. It can be made of acrylic resin, metal or a combination of both. Complete or full dentures replace all the teeth in the upper or lower jaw.

Complete dentures are either "conventional" or "immediate." A conventional denture is placed in the mouth about 4 to 8 weeks after all of the teeth are removed to allow for proper healing. A conventional denture is also made to replace an existing denture. An immediate denture is placed as soon as the teeth are removed. The drawback with an immediate denture is that it may require more adjustments after the healing has taken place.

A denture helps you to properly chew food, a difficult task when you are missing teeth. In addition, a denture may improve speech and prevent a sagging face by providing support for lips and cheeks.
